This agency discharged me without telling me. Took me a week to find out that they were not coming and were not going to give me the supplies that I needed to care for my wound. The manager JOY showed no compassion or care for me what so ever. They did not help me find another VNA or tell me where I can go to get the supplies I needed. Please do not go here. They will discharge you if you dont return their phone calls. Find another agency that will treat you with kindness and respect.

The is possibly the worst VNA services I have ever had. I recently moved to Mansfield and needed a Home nurse to care for a wound that I have in my back. The nurse was supposed to come out twice a week to clean the area and change the bandages as well as order me the supplies that I needed to change the dressing and care for the wound. After a week of not hearing from them I called to find out that I had been discharged due to them saying that I had not returned the nurses phone calls. I did return them and left my name and number every time. The Manager JOY that I spoke with did not care about my inability to change a dressing on back or that I never received the supplies that I needed. She said you didnt return our calls so we discharged you. I got absolutely no help in finding other care or getting the supplies I needed. Or that my wound was infected. She and her other colleagues showed no compassion or kindness what so ever. I would highly suggest going to a better agency that will actually show some care when working with you.
