I have always been apprehensive about buying a used car but since we met “the Ray’s” at car town in Attleboro all that has changed. These guys were amazingly kind and knowledgeable. We just purchased our second car from them and couldn’t be happier! We live near Worcester MA and it is Definitely worth the drive for the peace of mind we have buying a car from Car Town USA!

Viewed the vehicles on line and I was interested in the BMW,so the next day I went to take a look at it and drive it ,When I arrived I met Ray the 3rd very nice young man he was getting the keys to the bmw until well to my surprise there was a Cadillac SRX sitting there, it just came in I asked Ray would I be able to take it for a ride he really didn’t want me to because they just got and it wasn’t ready to be on the lot for sale, well he did let me take it for a ride and let me tell you I fell in love with it ,I then met Ray the 2nd and they made sure that the car was at its A1 condition when I took it home, there Expertise,Professionalism and Selections are first class with low miles, I would recommend Car Town to my family and friends I can reassure you when you leave here with your vehicle you won’t be disappointed ... there overall rating is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks

I went to Cartown about a month and half ago after seeing a car on their website. I called first to make sure the car was still available and from that 1st phone conversation, I had a feeling this dealership was different. Ray III was very friendly, answered all my questions and never pressured me to come in. I went down that afternoon to see the car. When I walked in and mentioned what car I was there to see, he remembered our conversation and was able to test drive it right away. He checked out my trade while I test drove and when I got back we had a casual conversation. Never once did I feel pressured! Once I decided to move forward with purchasing the car, it couldn’t have been easier. Everything was completed quickly and I left with the car the same day! I have had the pleasure of speaking with all 3 Rays and it is a wonderful family business. I have a lot of questions and they never once made me feel like I was bothering them! Their prices are beyond fair and their business is transparent, which isn’t always the case. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to friends and family. I will also return when my family is ready to purchase another car. I can’t say enough about this great family dealership!! Highly recommend!!!

Test drove an SUV with Cartown and decided to purchase that night. I left a deposit and Ray drew up the Purchase Agreement. I explained I would need a copy of the car's title for financing and would call the next day about where to send it to. I texted and got no response, called and was told we are too busy call back in 15 minutes, texted several more times and told I am too busy will get back to you later. I had all of my financing, insurance, etc set up to receive a phone call that night at 5:40pm from Ray claiming they did not have the title for the car and he would have to ship it back. They kept me on the hook all day long trying to get everything in order to then tell me at the end of the day they sold me a car without a title.

I am not familiar with dealer transactions, but I would assume if you are trying to sell a car on your lot that you would have the title in hand. Buyer beware -- if you are going there make sure they have the title before you rest drive the car.

Went to Cartown U.S.A about a month ago and stumbled into the "3 Ray's" lol ...family operated used car dealership with a friendly casual atmosphere. Couldn't be more happier with my Toyota Venza that I purchased from them. Will definitely be buying future vehicles from here, highly recommend!!

Never buy a car here you will regret it cause I know I did... They don't even deserve the one star that I was forced to give them

I was more than pleased to purchase my 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Car Town U.S.A ... There not like your average used car dealer they are family owned and they took really good care of me. I would be more than happy to come back to buy another vehicle for my son in the near future. At first I was nervous to go through the car buying process but there laid back atmosphere really made me feel comfortable to purchase a car. I just figured I owed it to them to take some time out of my day to write a review in case anyone was looking to buy a used car. I would highly recommend Car Town U.S.A in South Attleboro, MA. :)

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Car Town U.S.A in January 2014 I must say I loved how laid back the entire process of buying a car from this dealership. Not only laid back but highly respectable and professional at the same time. Family owned and All there vehicles are clean and well serviced. I will be buying a car for my son in the near future ! :)

I was a little surprised reading some of these reviews on here because i for one did not experience any problems with this dealership what so ever! I bought a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox back in April of 2014 and i couldn't be more happier. The entire family took great care of me. Every time i came to the dealership they were always respectable and more than happy to take care of any questions that i had. I guess reading from some older reviews you cant make everyone happy! But i would absolutely buy another car from Car Town USA.

Disappointing......

I purchased a car in October, 2007 from Car Town USA. I also purchased the "Gold" optional Warranty to as the salesman put it "to sleep better at night", especially since my car is known to have transmission issues. 6 months later my caliper froze causing an awful grinding sound and damaging my rotors. I called the warranty company and they said that the caliper is covered, take it to any mechanic and they will communicate with them. Well, after calls to 10 different mechanics, NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY!!!! So I called Car Town and he said oh yeah bring it down...Mechanic hours are 9-5 M-F, no Saturdays. After finding alternate transportation to Attleboro and work, they fixed the Caliper, but only the caliper is covered and they had to replace the rotor and resurface etc. so costs me 270.00. Then I take it home, and begin to hear a knock/clunking noise in the same area where the caliper was replaced. I take it to another mechanic, they tell me the caliper is loose and they can't tighten it because it's stripped possibly from the installation. I again find someway to get the car to Car Town, he demands that the Caliper is not loose, its the bushings. Another $70.00 paid to them. I take the car home again, the noise is still there and now it's worse!!!!!!! I now have to make another call, find a way to get me car there during their unflexable work schedule and hope they are competent enough to fix the issue. I have lost all faith in this company and wouldn't question whether these issues were caused deliberately in this failing economy. Please think twice before buying from here and especially choosing the sham of a "warranty" company.

BUYER BEWARE

I bought a car from Car Town USA in South Attleboro, December 2007. The sales person and the owner treat you like family prior to the sale but after the sale you are forgotten like yesterday's trash. A week or two after the sale I start to hear a banging noise in the front of my car. I take the car to the Nissan dealer, because it's a Nissan Altima 05, to find out what the problem is. They inspect the car and tell me it is a defective strut which needs to be replaced. I take that information to Car Town USA and show then the paperwork. "Drop the car off and we will make the repairs" and that is what I did. My wife took the car for a drive with their mechanic to listen to the noise and he said "Oh yeah, I know what that is, no problem." They kept the car for two days and when I got the car back the problem was still there. I stop by again and speak with the sales person and he tells me that the mechanic "tightened the bushings" hoping that would fix the problem. Two days to tighten the bushings!

So, I asked the sales person if I could take the car to my mechanic to determine the real problem. The sales person says "That's a good idea because our mechanic is just a basic repair guy." So I take the car to my mechanic and he puts it up on the lift, takes the strut out and calls me telling me that the strut is defective and needs to be replaced. Now common sense says that you don't have the car re-assembled with bad parts and driven to Car Town USA to be taken apart again by a "basic mechanic." I had the repair done at a cost of $363.16.

I call the owner of Car Town USA and explain the situation. He starts out saying he will not pay a dime, then says he'll pay $100.00 and in the end he agrees to pay $263.16 minus the $100.00 deductible. I ask "What deductible?" He tells me that all 90 day warranties have a $100.00 deductible, it's an industry standard. I asked every friend and stranger in the used car business and all of them laughed at the statement made by Car Town USA.

I agree to the terms of the "$100.00 - 90 day deductible" and when the check arrives it's for $200.00. I call and fax the dealership but they refuse to call back. I write it off as just another used car dealer who falls into the category of the stereotypical USED CAR DEALER who ranks just below lawyers. Car Town USA should not be believed, they will lie and they will not stand behind the cars that they sell. What's comical is that I specifically remember the owner and sales person state that they "survive on repeat business from people who know we care about them." BUYER BEWARE!
