This week our AC needed replacement. I called and Craig came at the appointed time.(First item that gets a goodpoint)

Craig came again and gave Lee & me a quote for a new system.

The installation date was set. They arrived promptly. (another point)

The installers were polite, clean workers that stayed until the job was complete. Cleaned up after themselves- put my potted plants back around the outside unit.

Gave us operation instructions, filter maintance, In all full education on the new heat pump system.



Craig & Dee and their men made the experience of spending $$$$$ a plesant one.

Yep, they will show up in an hour. When they got here they were more insterested in selling me a service plan. The diagnostic trip charge was $109 which seemed reasonable but then they wanted to charge a Level 2 diagnostic for $250 for a simple replacement of a $25 capacitor. (In fact, the service tech Josh dropped the kick start of the unit which he claimed was bad on the ground and left it there, claimed it wasn't needed and never reinstalled it) - The total charge was $400 with tax for a $25 capacitor and 5 mins of work. BTW - They wanted to install a Turbo2000 capacitor which I've been told should be a temporary capacitor only. I gave them the $109 bought the capacitor myself and installed it in 5 mins. Also the service tech would not connect me with his boss because he claimed he was eating dinner. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is big on serivce and customer satisfaction. If they are even 1 minute late the entire service is free. Who does that? I was impressed because they delivered what they promise. They were on time & fixed my problem painlessly. The tech was clean and wore shoe covers! WOW! What a concept! I love this company!
