We had a misfortune to hire this company to repair our ice maker in October 2013. First visit was a $55 charge that failed to fix ice maker. Next time instead of replacing a part of ice maker with sweep arm we were forced to buy a complete ice maker for additional $285. It appeared that their "new" ice maker was either defective and leaked water. We asked them to come again, but this time we checked at Sears for proper part number and insisted to replace just a sweep arm. Sears cost for this part for anybody coming from the street is $97. Finally ice maker was repaired, but price difference of $188 was conveniently forgotten, but we were promised to get what was owed by check. As anyone can guess, we did not get our money. When confronted several times we were told different excuses every time, until we were told that sweep arm part and complete ice maker cost the same from their supplier, thus we are not eligible for any refund. In the end, we made several attempts to reason with this company and now would like to warn everybody about unprofessionalism of these ripoff artists. Consumer beware!
