Paid $1,125 "holding fee" for 3303 Comstock Road in Raleigh, NC. A.C. didn't work and backyard was trashed. Took them 37 days from after holding fee was paid (8/6) for them to finally confirm it was fixed (9/12). Denied refund request, even though this was well past both of their own deadlines (20 days from the form completion on 8/11 & 30 days from holding fee on 8/6). This is just the most-relevant information. By far, the worst interaction I have ever had with a company in my entire life.

Since Atlanta is big on filmmaking and this company has me living a real life nightmare for renting.. please check the other reviews on websites such as Topix and take them close to heart bc they are real. Real people, real problems, real deal... Save yourself and find a beautiful home, bad credit, evictions OK we can help, come on in, just sign these papers, what a beautiful home !! with someone else.
