Provided by YP.comI have gone to this nail place once every 1-3 months to get something done over the last 4 year, the only problem I ever had with them was an eyebrow wax that didnt look the best. That was up until yesterday.
I arrived at 6pm to get a pedicure and manicure. I was seated in my spa chair and a nail technician sat down and started on my pedicure.
1.) she was relatively rough and I had to ask her multiple times not to be.
2.) she would not stop talking
3.) It took her an hour and 15 minutes to do a pedicure ( really?? typically thats a 45 minute job.)
4.) then she started complaining when she realized that i had asked for a manicure as well. ( they closed at 8 and by the time she finished the pedicure it was almost 7:30pm)
5.) while giving me my manicure she stopped multiple times to do her end of night cleaning/closing tasks. She also stopped to go take her birth control pill which she very vocally announced and continued to talk about.
That 2 hours was painful enough... but just enough for me to ask for someone else when I went back.
Then at 10pm last night my feet started to ache. I went to investigate and I had 3 cuts on the side of my feet from the callous remover/tool.
I immediately put on some neosporin and went to bed.
When I woke up the next morning my feet were completely swollen and ached. The entire bottom of my foot had been rubbed raw.
I went back to the salon today and the woman who stated she was the manager apologized and gave me a gift certificate....if I continue to walk in pain and seek medical attention then they will be paying more than a gift certificate that's for sure.
If you go to vinings nails and they try to sit you with a technician who is very large, with blond hair and intense black roots, who will not stop talking stand up and request someone else.
