AWFUL. This place needs to be shutdown! I showed up on Friday and no one was there or answering the phone. There were a bunch of people waiting and later found out they closed for the day and didn't let anyone know. Then called Monday morning and there computers were not working. So I had to wait until they were fixed. So I called back that day at 4 and no one answered. Showed up at 4:30 and waited for an HOUR and no one was there. Called at 5:45 once I got home and someone finally answered but said the technician was out so they could not complete the drug test any way. RUN

I completely agree with the other comment about the unprofessionalism here. My experience thus far is that it took four calls to get them to answer the phone yesterday, I could not schedule an appointment yesterday because they did not keep their posted business hours so we set an appointment for today at noon. The person who answered the phone with just "hello" asked me to call to confirm the appt this morning, which I tried to do for two hours before they answered. Once they did, they told me the technician was in church and could not be there at noon. It is now noon and I cannot reach them. Is this a real business?

Very unprofessional company. Do Not use . They are a few dollars less than the real drug screen companies but it is a complete waste. They screwed up the test and we had to redo. They overcharged but never sent the overage. They then gave law enforcement the results without our permission or waiver. Complete fools here. Stay far away.
