The overall experience with Pronto has been excellent. From the first contact to the end of the job, they were very prompt and efficient with everything. The professionalism with follow up calls from the office, arriving on time and Andrew's attention to detail on the job are just some of the kudos well deserved.

Highly recommend Pronto and would definitely call again for home improvement needs.

Scheduled a technician to replace kitchen garbage disposal. He forgot to turn the cold water/dishwasher valves back on post-install; as soon as I contacted Pronto, they scheduled another tech to come out ASAP and correct the issue. Dio is fantastic! Instantly corrected the problem. Would have given 5 stars if the first tech hadn't made the small mistake but Dio saved the day in the end!

The pronto tech did a great job. I could not be there when he was there but once home I saw what a great job he had done. Everything was neat and tidy and the outside gate was even locked. I would recommend pronto for your household needs.

I used the app in the morning and a handyman was at my house in the afternoon at the time specified. He hung shelves and pictures and made some other minor repairs. Highly recommended!

Pronto responded to need quickly. Pricing was in line (perhaps just a bit lower...)than other quotes received. Handyman sent was personable, courteous and business-like. He worked efficiently and did a very good job.

Pronto was great! Our pro was clean, professional, and did great work. We had a long punch list from after we moved into our new house. Everything from fixing a shower faucet, hanging curtain rods, touch up paint, patching dings in the drywall, fixing the fence, building a bench seat in a bay window, hanging blinds, fixing doors, attic door install, child proofing, picture hanging, and the list goes on. Pronto was awesome!

We've had an excellent experience with Pronto. Their ability to help with repairs on a flexible schedule is amazing, and their professionals are timely, professional, and friendly. We won't go anywhere else!
