TRASH service, RUDE people, a complete disrespectful experience. Literally 5 hours waiting. It is ridiculous and unbelievable that my insurance rely on this kind of service. They make money on peoples time not mention they are liars! 90 min, then 30 min then 20 min then the driver call you to say he has one service to complete before you.... it is a joke.

This Company is the worst. We called them at 8:30am and they did not come until 4:20pm and they charge my credit card twice.. Please do not do business with this company.. You deserve better..

Waited four hours!!!!! And they never showed up if I could give them zero stars I would. I'm so pissed I'm leaving state farm

Worst service available. Would not recommend to absolutely nobody. Was told hour wait. 3hours later had to find out from my insurance that they can't make it. So had to wait another hour on side of the highway in middle of night. Surprised they still in business

worthless. 1.5 hours late. individual that picked up car informed me of drop off location. informed him that it was incorrect. he asked me where it was going and i told him. he confirmed he knew where that was and he would get it there. dropped it off at original location. called management for this company and did not take responsibility nor did he try to assist. DO NOT USE

Car was dropped off across street and scumbag driver ran into my wet grass when he left. Someone that wasn't a low-life would have backed the truck up a couple of feet to avoid doing this. If you support this company, you are as bad as they are!

This is the worst towing company i have ever seen in my 40yrs on Earth. Geico assigned them to give my wife a Road side assistance due to flat of one of her tires. This guy came and claimed he couldnt raise up The ML350 ,NEITHER WILL HE BE ABLE TO TAKE OFF THE TIRE AFTER 4HRS OF WAITING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS . THE WORST PART WAS, HE LEFT MY WIFE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE WITH A 9YR OLD AT ALMOST 7PM . THIS COMPANY WORTH NO STAR COS THE BEST THEY CAN OFFER YOU IS DISAPPOINTMENT. VERY RUDE GUY AS WELL. GEICO SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNCULTURED COMPANY. ITS A DISGRACE TO HUMAN RACE.

3HOUR WAIT. GOT VEHICLE TO MY HOME AND TOLD MY NON DRIVING CHILD TO DRIVE IT INTO THE DRIVEWAY. MY CHILD DOESN'T DRIVE NO DL! ALMOST HIT A TREE IN THE YARD. DRIVE WAS HONE BEFORE I COULD COME OUTSIDE. CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP OR GIVE ANY INFO

Ed from midtown towing was great. He kept me updated on his eta which is key when waiting for a tow. Nice guy, glad he was able to help me out! I see all the negative comments below which may be valid but request Ed and you won't have any issues!

Terrible....I needed a tow because I couldn't drive my car to the shop. First they arrived late, then after getting inside the truck, driver informs me that I have to ride with him to pick up another car AND drop it off BEFORE mine. ..I am LIVID. ..I complained to the driver and he had the nerve to tell me that it could have been me in the other person shoes...WTH..I didn't care about any of what he was saying. ..DOES THIS PLACE HAVE ONLY ONE TOW TRUCK..I've been in his truck for almost an HOUR. ..Never again will I use Midtown Towing..SUCKS

Avoid Midtown Towing at all costs. I waited 3 hrs yesterday in my car for a tow. I kept calling them and they said they would be there in 30 min. They lied to me every time I called. At one point they said they had to answer police calls first. After literally having waited over 3 hrs, they hung up on me when I was speaking to them on the phone inquiring as to when they would arrive. Never use these liars.

I just received a tow after calling Progressive for Roadside assistance. The tower, Ed, called twenty minutes before the eta and checked on me. He was very friendly and courteous, and helped get my car (with two right flat tires) home. Great service!

Absolute garbage!



Waited for 2 hours, kept being told the driver was stuck in traffic (9:00 at night). The ghetto trash that answered the phone was rude from the moment she picked up. I asked how much longer it would be, she proceeded to tell me I had only been waiting for an hour. At this point I was beyond irritated that Geico would recommend such a horrible company. I told her she was incorrect and all I needed to know was when the tow truck would be coming. She said she decided to cancel my tow. Long story short, Geico had to get another company to come get my car. Worse tow company ever, no customer service or courtesy.

Terrible Company. Had to wait almost 3hrs last night. Then this morning they didn't even show up to tow me to my mechanic. Thank fully Progressive got a different company to tow me.

Honestly the worst, most unprofessional and rude company I have ever dealt with. I am the receptionist for Cumming Collision Center, and I was trying to help a customer wondering if his vehicle was brought here by Midtown Towing And Recovery per dispatch through Geico insurance. The customer and I called Geico and got the driver on the phone as we were on a conference. We were just simply asking questions to determine where the vehicle was. The driver named CARLOS would not let me or the customer speak. He was talking in circles as well as getting frustrated when there was no need for it. I simply asked, "Sir, what GPS did you use?" with a very nice tone only to find out if I had the GPS and could plug in the address he was given so we could locate the vehicle. He proceeded to get an attitude saying, "What are you trying to say ma'am, my GPS costed me $200 I do not need to speak with you, you are just the receptionist I apologize I brought the vehicle to the wrong location have a nice day" and very rudely hung up the phone. As the customer drives around desperately trying to locate his vehicle still, the customer returns and tells me that the actual place of Midtown Towing also hung up on the driver. These people are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Anyone in any kind of business knows that if you as the company mess up, YOU are to cater to the customer and resolve the problem in a professional manner. I WILL TRASH THE REPUTATION OF THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I KNOW!!!!

Worse towing company ever

The absolute worst towing company. After getting stuck on the side of 85N it took them 2 and half hours before they finally showed up. Shame on you midtown tow. Shame on State Farm for employing such an incompetent company to take care of their "valued" clients.

The WORST Towing company to HAVE EVER EXISTED! I called after getting my ETA changed twice to find out why they are still 30 minutes behind and i could not even get a word out before i was put on hold, i called back again and the same thing happened!

At my third attempt, i manage to ask why i am being put on hold without even being informed first because for a minute i thought it was my phone network and the line cut. The fourth time, i called back, begged not to be put on hold and asked why the tow truck was still not here after 30 mins past the ETA and the cheeky guy started explaining to what ETA meant! So ridiculous and no iota of customer service is associated with this company.

After the tow truck comes, the man is on his phone from the beginning till he drops the car.



This company left me speechless in a negative way.

Progressive roadside set up this crap company to pick up my car.Waited an hour and called and they claimed progressive gave them the wrong address (turned out to be a lie). Guy from the tow truck company showed no concern said it would be 30- 45 minutes. Waited another hour and a half called back and they said it would be another 30 minutes. I got mad and the sassy girl hung up on me. Called back and was told if i was going to have an attitude he would just cancel the tow and i told him to go right ahead and do that. Most unprofessional joke of a business. I dont expect much from tow truck companies but this is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with.
