J Squared came out to repair a cracked PVC fitting from my main water shut off valve back in September 2015. This month, we had a huge water bill and called J Squared to find out what was going on. Broderick Jackson arrived and It turned out that all the work J Squared previously performed was great, but that the new replacement fitting had failed. Mr. Jackson didn't want the same problem to happen again so he removed all the PVC fittings and pipe and sweated in new copper lines and worked with me on the final price and only charged me for the service fee and materials as a result of the prior repair. Water is back on and most importantly, no more leaks. Thanks so much to J Squared and Mr. Jackson for their great work, promptness and reasonableness. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the Atlanta area. Thanks!

Very nasty and rude, left a message in the yard rude person who answers the phones, downright scary individuals. Left and did not tell us he was leaving. Water not working in the house after fixing outdoor plumbing. The woman who answered the phone said we did not pay for indoor plumbing but wait a minute we had a leak and indoor plumbing was working prior to your getting there.

AHS sent this company to my property because my tenant was complaining the water was not staying hot. I requested that they call me before arriving so that I as the property owner can ask question and find out what the problem was and solutions. No one ever called me. they left no receipt of the diagnosis or repairs When I spoke ot the plumber stated he changed the thermostat, but when I came to property with someone else to look at it, they said it only look like they turned up the thermostat and they had it on150 degrees, which is way above the Georgia mininmum standard which is 120 degrees. The plumbers excuse was this was the temperature that was preset on the thermostat. The plumber should have done his due diligence and check to see what the setting on the thermostat was either before putting the thermostat on or before putting the panel on the water heater. When the person I had with me for a second opinion mentioned the tempature setting on the thermostat, he had the nerve to say, I should've had him to fix it.

Now, had I not had anyone with me to check, my tenant and her children could've been seriously injuried being that they were unaware of the extremely high temperature of the thermostat and could've been burned. From what I understand from my second opinion plumber this is plumbing 101, everyone knows to check the thermostat to make sure it is set to 120.

Needless to say I will be filling a complaint against this company with the Georgia Secretary of State and I encourage anyone with AHS have them notate your account not to use this company and to drop them as a contractor.

Had the plumber and the office personnel were a little more concerned and tried to rectify the problem I would've understood that mistakes happen, but this seems to be the way they do business and they need to be out of business if they are not willing to give good customer service, admit when they made a mistake, and try to rectify it. I will be sending a certified letter to the registered agent for this business Broderick Dwayne Jackson because I am sure Barbara who answere the phones is not the secretary, the manager, and the owner like to claimed to be when I called.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, BUT THAT'S NOT AN OPTION
