The reviews here are very old, so probably there is now different servers & management. I'm a regular at this location and receive the best customer service here than any other IHOP I've been to. My orders are always correct. One time, I said I didn't like the soup & the manager gladly exchanged it for something else & charged me correctly.

This Resturant is the worse place to eat at. The sevice is terrible and the bathrooms are nasty. My server name was Betty and she act as if she had somthing agains people of color. She messed are order up, we waited for a refill and it took almost the whole meal to be eatten before we saw her again, come to find out she was out side on the phone. She never took our kids eat free off and I payed with credit card. I am highly upset and when I asked for a manager she replied there wouldnt be one in until morning. Asd I was leaving I was informed that she was the manager and I will be trying to get in touch with the owner. If you can pervent eatting at this ihop please do and dont get Betty as a serve
