This is a totally user-friendly Verizon store with the most friendly and personable employees you could ever hope to meet. Even though I did not purchase my phone at this branch, I have received consistent positive customer service every time I have needed help- which has been rather frequently (being a senior citizen w/o a technology gene). These guys have gone far beyond the call of duty even to the point of helping me transfer photos from my phone to my laptop several times. This store is like a well kept secret, not too big and never overly busy , so I can often get in and out without much, if any, wait time.
