I've used Gold Coast twice now. The first time I called Maurice the online ad had expired before I could buy it, and I wanted him to come out that weekend. He said it was no problem and came to my house on Super Bowl Sunday. He did such a great job with my car that two of my neighbors had him come out the next day.



He just left after detailing my car a second time and I couldn't be happier. I plan on having him come back to detail our three-row SUV. I realize it's going to cost more than my compact, but it's worth it. I have no complaints about Maurice or his service and plan to use him again.

I talked with Maurcie about my SUV in DETAIL before we scheduled the appointment – and he said and I quote “oh, no problem, ma’am, we will get it looking like new”. I told him on the phone –VERY clearly –that I had two car seats in my SUV that he would not need to clean or touch that were in the second row. I also told him I have a GMC Acadia and that I purchased the Living Social for the SUV and paid extra.



He came to wash and took one look and said – nope, I can’t do it because you didn’t take your car seats out and it has a third row. I told him I can’t take my car seats out because they take over an hour to install properly and I need to pick up my kids. I told him he could skip the second row and just do the third or not do the second or third row as really, neither one of them are "dirty". I keep car protectors under my car seats and my car didn’t have a single piece of garbage in it. He told me no and that it would be an extra $20. He was SOOOOO VERY RUDE. I will never recommend his service to anyone. What a rip off!!!!! $52 plus an extra $20 for a tiny little seat??? Are you kidding????? I know people and companies that charge this much as a REGULAR price not sale price.

I ordered the Gold Coast Mobile Detailing package. The guy showed up to wash my truck, and said off the bat you know it will be extra since it's a truck. I told him the ad on half of depot says it's not, it's says the deal is for cars, trucks, and SUV's with extra charge for Large SUV's.

He told me to show him the ad, so I got my computer and showed him. After that he still refused to do it, and said he is going to have the ad changed online. He then said it would be $20-25 extra to do the truck. I agreed, told him I would give him the $20 extra, and he still refused, saying he already had a "bad taste" about things, and I need to just get my voucher refunded.



I would not recommending dealing with someone who does not stick to their word, and let's something so frivolous allow them poor customer relations.
