I have to say that upon my very first meeting of Elizabeth she absolutely impressed me (which is not easy to do :-)! She (and her staff) have NEVER disappointed. One would think that all "Professionals" are professional - That has not been our experience using other real estate attorneys. In the last 3 years we've had 2 or 3 issues using other closing attorneys that have turned into possible litigation because they didn't do their job properly. As Investors & agents, our partners have dealt with many in the past in multiple states. She may not always be the cheapest for simple closings but as they say... You get what you pay for! We do NOT close with other attorneys when it comes to our personal investment properties or any time there are unusual circumstances. In my opinion she is the BEST in the business. Keep up your excellent work - You guys are dearly appreciated by Fresh Start Property Investors!
