Every Tuesday they run out of products service is terrible rude etc I wouldn't recommend this store to no one

I had looked online to find catering or party packs for a police function my academy was given. Mrs Winners website gave me the party packs and instructed me to call my local Mrs Winners. I called the Mrs Winners near me and someone answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. The person called the manager and I could hear the manager ask what the person wanted. I told her it was about the party pack. I was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. In the time I was on hold I could hear the staff laughing and joking about what they had did the night before and what they were going to do. I am not going to speak on all Mrs Winners because I am a loyal customer, but the one closely to the police academy will never have to worry about getting business from me again.
