my entire staff bought me a gift certificate to this place.
when i tried to use the certificate for a 6 pack; they denied it.
they stated that i had to use the whole amount in a single visit.
this is NOT a good way to do business people !
this alienates me as a new customer.
this alienates my staff members as customers as well as our friends and business contacts. In this day and age of social media, make your business more sensible and allow the use of gift certificates as any other business would...as cash.
