The medical staff is great. It's the office staff that is horrible. The hold times to make or cancel an appointment are ridiculous. I was charged a non-cancellation fee for not cancelling within 48 hours, with a live person. This request is reasonable if you could speak with an actual person. Additionally, after the dr. visits there is a long unwarranted wait to check out.

My little girl and I have never been seen at the appointment time. On average, we have been left to wait at least an hour with no indication of the reason why. The receptionist is rude and uncaring. We have seen Dr Schube only once because he's too busy. Debbie the nurse and Schnese the nurse practitioner are very sweet and nice to us and especially to my daughter but the office is terribly managed. After this appointment, I intend to go somewhere else for my daughter's future care.
