I highly recommend Answer PC Networks for PC repairs. They have a guy whose name is Khouri Plummer who is very knowledgeable. He has replaced my Toshiba AC power jack and took my laptop apart to the bare point and put it back together. Only experienced people can do that. In addition, they charge reasonable and competitive prices for their services comparing to other computer shops. I am glad that I have serviced my laptop with Answer PC Networks.

First of all let me say that I've had my share of disappointments with repair guys, but these guys floored me with level of help they gave me. So here's what happened, I was in Atlanta on a business trip and was having trouble connecting to the wireless network at my hotel and the hotel help line told me that the problem was my laptop. So using a computer in the hotel's lobby I came across these guys listing and decided to give them a call not expecting much. 40 minutes later I was up and running, but the amazing part was that they help me fix the problem right over the phone and didn't charge me for it..........now that's what I call good customer service. Now not only will I be calling them in the future, I will also be referring them to my boss to be our tech support.
