Parking is atrocious; garbage area overflowing consistently; double-standards for select tenants allowing disobeyance of rules while others get penalized; staff indifference shows when visiting office and courtesy officer not available to attend to issues; water expensive and not available quite often; cracks in foundation inside apartments.
