Richie promised us the world and gave us a crappy job that is peeling already. Stay away from the sweet talk. He over promises and under delivers. He promised two coats of paint and only did one. He promised to power wash afterward and we had to basically force him to do it. He promised to scrape the paint off the windows after he painted and he left several un-scraped. He did a good job on the back of the house and then came and asked us for extra money to do a similar job on the other sides of the house and then didn't do the same quality work on the other sides of the house. So now we have a house with a good painting job on the back side that no one (not even us) sees, and peeling paint on the three sides of the house that people see.

Their knowledge of this trade is impressive and work crews were neat, clean, and respected my property.. it was the first time a contractor left my property without leaving a mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done the first time and hassle free.
