I hadnt seen a dentist in a very long time .. over time embarrasment and shame for neglecting my dental condition just made me not want to go... when i told the young lady on the phone she said " i understand and its ok" and then told me the that "this phone call is hard for a lot of people" and that they were proud of my decision to take that step and get back on track!! i have been taken good care of ever since. the doc even called me the evening of my treatment to make sure i was ok and had no pain ! There are just no words to explain how pleased i am! Thank you Athens Smiles for giving me back my prideful smile!

I have been a patron of this practice for many years (25+) i have seen 4 or 5 dentist come and go , but im glad to say the Dr that owns it now is the best since Dr Bob Foster!! Dr. Briggs is down to earth ,says it as it is kinda guy! it nice to know my health and happiness is first or foremost in my treatment!! Glad i stuck around to experience this guy! The atmoshpere has improved dramatically too!!

Would def. go back, I had the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. He was very friendly and took his time. I am so glad to see a dentist that really cares about me and my feelings of being terrified. I have no worries now and start my treatment next week. Thanks.

Saw my dentist this morning for a followup on major treatment i had done recently , in the pouring down rain a young lady came to my car to escort we with her umbrella to the front door ! i was totally grateful for this young lady because i had to report to work directly after, and because 0f her efforts to go above and beyond i didnt look like a total mess when i arrived. I have never had a physician of any kind do this for me. thank you Athens Smiles! ROCK STAR SERVICE!

i have lived in henderson county for many years and i have been a patron of many places , given my age and medical issues i frequent the medical offices so of which are so short and inpersonal but the staff in this office are very so nice and considerate of my condition, always respectful and use manners similar to the ones we mothers wish from our kiddos, i had the oppurtunity to meet the new Dentist Dr. Byron Briggs and i feel Dr. Cobb did well in the search for him , chairside manner is an A+ ! Thanks Athens Smiles team for being the best for me and my girls!

WOW! I visited Athens Smiles this week for a 2nd opinion and was completely blown away by the amount of information they had to share with me on my systemic health and my oral condition. Cant beat 30 years experience!! Gladly paid for the consult with Dr. Cobb and will return next week to have my teeth fixed .

My experience as a new patient in this office was amazing. The hygienist's were very knowledgeable and helpful. The dentist took his time to explain future treatment needed and never made me feel like it was my fault for letting my teeth go. My only excuse was kids come first but I know now that I can get my dental needs done as well as my whole family and they help me with finacing. The front desk girls were very helpful as well in setting up a financial plan for me. I appreciate the way I was treated and would definetly recommend this office to my family and friends!!!!

he need to go back to Dallas where the people aren't "stupid" as he calls the people of Athens. If you are not willing to pay alot of money up front, don't waste his making an appointment.
