Ernie"s Plumbing "fixed" a problem with the pipes under my kitchen sink in 2011. The same problem has recurred, but is not covered under any guarantee. Okay, I can understand that, I guess, but I don't understand how a company that advertises "24 hour service" cannot get a plumber to a returning customer until Monday, when called on Thursday. Probably will not be a returning customer anymore.
