My wife and I have been customers for over 12 years with no claims and no late payments. Today I receive a notice that my policy will be cancelled in 30 days. The failure to comply says "The limbs overhanging the home need to be trimmed back to reduce the probability of damage to your dwelling." No opportunity was provided for corrective action. Now we are scrambling to take care of this situation to avoid a lapse at the start of hurricane season and their cancellation will cause my next policy to cost more. Wish I'd started with a different company at the beginning. Thanks Mike Dekle and State Farm.
