Tried to get my hair cut today. Called ahead and when I got there was told by one stylist that she had a cut immediately and a color in 45 min. and another stylist would take care of me. Sat down and started looking at magazines. 15 min. Later the 1st stylist told me the other stylist would b right with me. 15 min. later the second stylist approached me and asked I'd I was ready. I assured her I was definitely ready and showed her the style I wanted out of the book. I asked if she felt she confident enough to be able to do this cut and she stated that she was scared. Now who wants to her that from a stylist? I know I don't and told her that if someone else could do it I'd rather they did. She went to the other stylist who now had added another client to her schedule that came in after me and didn't have an appt. needless to say, I didn't get my hair cut today and won't be going back to this salon.
