Provided by YP.comLots of people recommended this shop to me, so I took my 1992 Honda Civic there last fall when it broke down. The mechanic called me promptly and explained everything that was wrong and said everything could be repaired for $450.
The service was quick, but when I went in to pick it up, I was charged almost $900 by the man I talked to on the phone. His response was, "Well, I don't know how that happened."
The service was quality and my car runs well now, but be cautious when they tell you the quote.
All customers at Japanese Motor Works get a WRITTEN estimate of works that they sign when the car is brought in for repairs. Additionally, any new charges are approved by the customr in WRITING and by email prior to any services being performed. This was done with this customer. We are also A1 certified by the Better Business Bureau. NO COMPLANTS IN THREE YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS. We do our best to satisfy our custmers. This complaintis without merit and we have spoken to this customer.
