Provided by YP.comI called and asked for service for a fridge and after making the appointment called back and said that I wanted him to check a washer also. He agreed immediately. He gave me a time, was prompt and on time and very patient with my questions as well as fixing both my problems with one visit. I found his charges to be very reasonable and found him to be very knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Heard wholeheartedly!!
