I recently bought a pair of light up shark sandals at this Carter's Outlet Store at Epps Bridge Centre. After three weeks of wear, the Velcro strap broke, exposing the wires that make the the shoe light up. I took the shoes back to the store with no receipt and the manager said, "Usually we don't accept returns after the shoes have been worn or washed (which I hadn't washed them), but since we are known to make quality products and these shoes should not have broken after only 3 weeks, we will refund you the full purchase amount." THAT WAS MUSIC TO MY EARS! Great customer service. Now that is an employee who understands & stands behind the product he sells. I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP THERE AGAIN.
