Totally unprofessional!!!

My mother has a 2 year old foster kid that was over due for a specialist yo address his imbalance and frequent falls. We booked over 3 weeks out only to arrive and was TOLD they cancelled because the primary doc didn't print out paperwork correctly. ���� What competent staff waits until the last hour the verify what was required to schedule appt and wheres the heart of a person to CANCEL a toddler's appt when the corrective docs were 5 mins of effort (they didn't make). We WILL NOT be rescheduling with these people. Their priorities are misguided and they showed NO CONCERN for this child in need nor the parent who was dedicated for this appt to drive an hour, reschedule work and daycare needs of 3 siblings to make this appt happen.

WHEN DO THESE DOCTORS GET BACK TO CARING FOR PEOPLE! the state of GA would have made sure they got paid.
