Ed has been servicing our furnace and air conditioning system for years. Always a quick response. Very Knowledgeable, professional and personable.
Very reasonable prices and has kept our systems running in top condition. Last summer, we had him install a pool heater. He arranged for everything and had it up and running in no time. He also does dehumidifiers and can do things like repair in-water pool lights. Ed is definitely our go-to guy and has won our repeat business.

We had Edward 'fix' our pool heater. He fixed it by replacing the transformer. He spent 20 minutes and charged us $389. (We googled the part price later, and realized he charged us $389 for an $89 part. Really?) Anyway, the heater worked while he was here. We did not use the heater the rest of the day. The next morning, we see an error message on the display. When we called Edward he re-iterated some things he said when he 'fixed' the heater - that it was old and other things were going to start going wrong with the heater. He was sure it was another issue and he would only come out to even LOOK AT IT by charging us his 'come out to your house fee' of $190. My husband did get snippy with him on this point, but ultimately said he was calling on Edward's conscious to make good on the fix he put in the day before. DENIED. Edward did, however, give us a $4000.00 quote on a new heater! This guy has no integrity, at a minimum. I can not believe he wouldn't even come out here to look at it! THAT is my issue with Edward Zeme.
