They are not flexible with their hours, once you pay the non- refundabe, deposit they will not try to work with you, their hours are 3pm-7pm. They were availble to receive the non-refundable $150 (cash)deposit after 8pm, but will not make an effort to be available after 7pm to receive the balance due, I guess they figured, If i do not pay they can always keep the deposi.

I throw my daughters 3rd birthday party at Birthday Zone in Astoria, NY. We invited children ages 18 months to 13yrs old and everyone had an absolutely wonderful time. We had such a good time that even the pre-teens had told me they did not expect to have that much fun. Not just is there so much entertainment for the kids to do but it was extremely afford especially for the quality of service provided. The young ladies are very experienced and patient with the kids and in my opinion deserved more then the tip I had given them.



I highly recommend it to anyone with kids of all ages. Only regret is that I did not book more time.

they cancelled my party a week before when i asked for their information to be on the receipt. These people are charging triple the price for their food and state taxes, but they only accept cash. They are using state taxes for their profits. Buyer be aware!!!!
