Horrible management company that never returns messages. Domestic issues with neighbors in the whole neighborhood. Management company failed to abide by proper legal procedures when it came to noise complaints from neighbors. Inside the apartment residents in all the buildings are loud - blasting music late at night, constant stomping, no carpets installed. Outside on the streets, neighborhood youth hangout on the street corners until late night, past midnight - blasting music, yelling on the streets - constant noise. Management company disregards all complaints and explains "you must live with it." Rent ranges in the $12-1400 for a one bedroom, not worth the price due to the disrespectful neighborhood and not worth being 10 blocks from the subway.
