I feel that I was mistreated by the office staff at Children's Dental Health Associates in Aston, Pennsylvania. We arrived on time for my son's first appointment, and I had filled out all 9 pages of forms.

I noted that I did not give permission for the dentist to perform x-rays, as my son had just had them 6 months ago. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was pressured and questioned about my objections to more x-rays. I said that I did not have a problem with them if they were necessary, but he had already had x-rays this year.

I called the dentist office where we had the x-rays done and asked them to email the x-rays to Dental Health Associates. After waiting for another 15 minutes, the office staff pressured me again to approve of having more x-rays done. They told me the doctor might not approve of the x-rays that were taken before. I was asked to leave and told they would call me if they received the x-rays. I told them we may need to look for another dentist, and they agreed.

The dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful with my son. We were in and out very quickly and our overall experience was really great.

They were great with my daughter and explained things to her every step of the way. The dental hygienist was awesome and kept her occupied during the cleaning.

My child was very nervous at first but soon became very comfortable and at ease after talking with the staff!

Such a nice office. The star wars theme is so neat and my boys love the video games. I like the care we receive there and the professionalism of the staff. Highly recommend this place!

I'm a father of 2. My kids love this dentist and so do I. We were referred here because they took our medicaid insurance. They really work with you on your insurance questions and helped us understand it more. Great office!
