1st of all, the link here is not correct. Also, the business was taken over ~2014 & it's now called Northern Light. So ignore the negative reviews from 2013 or prior below!! The new owner is awesome! He is very flexible & does great work! He allowed me to buy special rotors from Ebay and agreed to install for me!!

I have been using Northern lights for a few years. The new owner, Rob, is a decent guy and an excellent mechanic. I have a Chrysler Pacifica that had a bad vacuum sensor on the gas tank. I had other shops look at it and the expected repair price was $450-550.00. Rob took the sensor apart, repaired it with a custom made part, and put it all back together for under 100.00! I don't know what all went on with the old owner, but Rob is tops. I've taken two cars there for repairs on numerous occasions and he has been reasonable and very accommodating. Even his receptionist is knowledgeable on car repair. Need your car fixed? Do yourself a favor and take it to Northern. You won't regret it.

I just want to say how great Rob is at Northern lights. I am a female and he has always been fair and explained everything to me. My car and truck have been serviced by him for years. They both still run great. The staff there are the best. I would like to mention they don't sell tires. That is three jay's next door. Which are also very friendly and give great service. I'll never go anywhere else. They both do a fabulous Job!!!

I recently took my Nissan Altima to the (former) Aston Car Care, to find out that they have changed ownership. The current owner (Rob) changed the shop name to Northern Lights Auto Care. I was VERY PLEASED with my service! Rob was very honest and upfront about my issues and gave me great prices and explained everything to me. He is a very personable guy who really made me feel comfortable doing business. All of the other employees were great too, very helpful. I will be a loyal customer to Northern Lights Auto Care!

My wife took her car for inspection last week. They told me I needed 4 new tires, front brakes and rotors, as well as new control arm bushings. Total cost was going to be ver $1100. Since I knew my tires only had about 36,000 miles and were rated as a 60,000 mile tire, I questioned it. Took it somewhere else. We got it inspected and passed with no repairs. My tires still had good tread, the brakes were at 50%, and we were told the bushings were starting to show wear, but not enough to fail. Needless to say, I will never ever use Aston Car Care again. They are scam artists and liars.

I went there a few years ago and believed them that my car was not safe to drive and the work needed to be done to pass inspection. I spent over $1,000, just to find out that it would not pass emissions because of sensor issues. They knew and didn't tell me until they got the money. There were about 6 or 7 numbers that popped up. They told me it would take at a lot of money to fix it . I asked which sensors were needed and how much they would be. I asked which ones and how much they were. I was double talked and they would not tell me the numbers. The prices quoted were headed up to around $2,000. When i called to speak to someone they would not call back. My car sat for 1 1/12 to 2 years because i believed all those sensors needed replacing and i did not have the money. I struggled w/o a car. Found out that replacing one sensor cleared the other numbers that showed up. They almost got me! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
