I will never use colonial truck again or refer my customers to them again. I own a shop and have used them for last two years until now. I ordered parts next day air from them but did not receive any parts so I called and they sent my parts to there shop so they shipped my parts ups to me three days later and when I open the box I found half the wrong parts, so I call back and tell them. A month later they pick the parts up and did not refund me the next day air freight or ups fees. Not to mention no ever calls you back. Also tried to return a gasket kit at the same time that they were supposed to pick up 3 months prior even thought I called several times to remind them. They would not return it, said it was past there 6 months no return policy which it was not it had only been 5 months. So I called and talked to Manager he tells me now that they can't return it do to a small grease spot on box. It's the size of a dime. Manager told me he didn't feel they should get stuck with it if Isuzu doesn't take it back. I deal with multiple truck dealer ships on a daily basis and by for colonial truck is the worst.
