Very poor customer service. They never even finished the job. It took us 3 weeks to get someone on the phone to set an appointment, but because we are going through a warranty, so we're persistent with reaching them. Technician diagnosed, replaced one part, and informed us he needed to order an additional part 'that is delivered quickly.' Two weeks later, we call to check on the part, leave a message and receive no call back. Call the following week and are told that the technician is off that day, but they will call us the next day. After hearing nothing for 5 days, we call back and are told that the technician is sick and they can't get in touch with him. Now, they are screening our calls and we always go to VM.



I called the warranty company to complain and was told that the Applaince Repair Center had filed for payment, been paid, and the claim had been closed.
