This facility is the only storage unit I would use in Medford area simply because the manager, Stephen is a genuine person that makes all feel like family while conducting business in a most professional manner. I highly recommend him and his storage unit facility for many other reasons: Excellent location just off the 5, very secure compound, grounds and units are kept immaculant, good rates and the sun always shines there with the smiles of the husband and wife team managers. I have just had the honor in doing business with Secure Storage in Ashland, Or. in my recent relocation to the area.

I loved this place. Secure Storage in Ashland has alarms on every unit along with an electric gate. Nobody has security like this. I loved the on site manager, Steve as well. He can help you with anything. They now have a moving truck that they will let you use for free to move in, this was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
