In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Ashland McDonald's on 250

The McDonald's on 250 in Ashland STINKS!! We go to this one because it's closer, but after tonight, we will NO LONGER eat at McDonald's! I have called many times and complained and I have sent e-mail to you.....NO RESPONSE!! Whenever we go to the one on 250 it's usually take-out. They can NEVER get an order right!! This is no exaggeration! Tonight was the last straw!

Our 3 very young grand children wanted Happy Meals so my husband stopped to pick them up and bring them home. We had asked for Ranch dressing with the chicken nuggets. Before he left the parking lot, he looked to see if they had put it in and of course, they hadn't,so he went back around to the window and got it! When he got home, the kids were in a hurry for their meals and of course, the first thing they look to see what toy they got! Out of 3 meals...not 1 toy! What response do you think that got with 3 kids between ages 3 & 7?!?!

This is not the first time but it will be the last time!! Once in awhile is one thing, but this is constantly. I'm sick of sech shoddy work and complaints don't help at all! They say they will take care of it but we go back and it's the same thing! It's not just us, I've talked to several people and they all say the same thing!

Because this is a chain resturaunt, I will purchase nothing more from any McDonald's. After all, it would seem that customer satisfaction isn't important to McDonald's!
