Called them a week in advance, all set up. They called to cancel 3 hours before the appointment and left a voice message. I was already driving back from work in order to keep the appointment. The VM said that they had to send the electrician to another customer who was getting too much power on her box..IMHO that should be a problem for the power company. Anyway, my entire afternoon was wasted. Called again to re-book and they have nothing available for 12 days. BTW I got the impression that the first visit is only an estimation exercise which costs $47 (AKA Booking fee).

A hidden gem! Wonderful company. I recommend them to anyone i know and is looking for an electrician
