I eat here all the time. The service is always fantastic, and the food is always good - and about half the price you'd pay for the same grub at Bob Evan's down the street. Once, when I was eating here my omelette came to me accompanied by the cook. He was unsatisfied with it being a "little flat", and told be that he'd be more than happy to do it over if I didn't like it. Totally non-confrontational... he was just a man taking pride in the food he was producing. You hardly ever see that anymore. Hats off to you Waffle House, you've got yourself a devoted regular.
