I'm almost 50 and had a very long relationship with my first family doctor until he retired. His approach to an illness was pretty much on par with the way that Dr. McNeill manages my health now. It's refreshing to find a doctor that embraces the best technology out there for running his practice as well as serving his patients. Gone are the day long visit for a simple appointment. You can schedule an appointment usually the same day and you're not stuck in a waiting room. I also credit him with saving my life in his approach to what seemed like a simple kidney or bladder infection. His being on top of it resulted in finding a tumor that still resulted in the loss of a kidney but I personally feel it could have been worse if I had been seeing another family doctor.

Dr. McNeill is everything a 21st century physician needs to be: attentive, compassionate, and giving while incorporating the convenience of online scheduling and electronic patient-doctor communications into his practice. No long waits and as much face time with the physician as you need. His staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. If you're used to the old fashioned doctors office, where a 2:00 appointment means getting called back at 3:00 and seen for ten minutes by 4:00, this will be the most welcome change and will show as your health improves.
