We are located at exit 8 off hwy 240 just outside of downtown Asheville going East. There is a Home Depot at this exit and we are across the Babies R Us/ BiLo shopping center. Riverridge Business Center also has Ladies Workout Express in the shopping center.

At our studio we use a CO2 sensored ERV air exchange system to ensure fresh air for your workout. An Anti-Microbial floor and additional air ionizer ensure the is no odor at all. We also have: Multiple showers for men and women Hair Dryers Body Soap Large spacious changing rooms Relaxing lobby area Kangen Alkaline Ionized water provided by The Water Corner.
