Mr. Cassada has done plumbing work for us five times over the ten plus years we have lived in our very old house, and there has never been a single problem with any aspect of these jobs. Once we contacted him, he was able to come within a day or two. His charges are reasonable. His work has been faultless, his advice practical, and his demeanor respectful, friendly, and professional.

We recently worked on a project with Cassanda Plumbing to fix a leaking faucet and nearly every aspect of the project got messed up: Plumber was not responsive, issue wasnt fixed and more damage was created. When I called and asked the plumber to come and look at the damage he said that he will come but he never arrived. Instead he sent us an invoice and said that we have 7 days to pay or he will put a lien on our property. You've been warned.
