RMP has been very difficult to work with since our mom passed 5 yrs ago. We have dealt with holes around her grave, head marker tilted and sinking in one side, and fire ants attacking us when we visit the grave. This last issue is a yr tag on our stepdad's side of the marker. We waited ...and waited...and waited. Well over 5 months we asked for it and got the run around from the office. Finally spoke to the manger of all things sales who claimed he could handle it then proceeded to go e a sales pitch. No thanks Jeremy. Months go by we are in line with a work order, a rub has been done so it will match and it was ordered. We found out they keep them on the property. Well it's on and it DOES NOT MATCH.
Rest in Peace I'm afraid not.

Have had nothing but issues with this business. Took about 8 months to finally get a date plate. (They have them in the office!)After calling and complaining, several trips in person. And still no date plate - I get a sales pitch from Jeremy (Man in charge)Telling me to tell my friends how great they are at RMP! And I will get $$. If they buy a plot. Are you serious? Aint happening! Now we finally have the plate and here it is. Beyond upset! Here we go again.

Wow, unprofessional is an understatement! My dad passed away in January. My 81 year old mom was told the marker would be ordered when the last payment was made. Last payment made end of April, but in June when she called to check on it, it hadn't been ordered. She called to see if it was there mid October and was told according to the computer it was installed mid Sept (but no one called her to tell her this). Then, amazingly, she was told that if she came and it wasn't there to just stop by the office and let them know. When did it become an 81 year old widow's responsibility to tell them if they did their job or not? I called to complain and the manager did take Mom's number, said he would check, and call her to let her know. But there was no apology or explanation for their behavior. Really? What a horrible way to do business!
