10/28/2021 the clown Luis Vidal Flores Cabrales, most certainly does not have a staff or representative it's just his self stealing money this company is a ripoff do not trust it run Update 8/ 13/ 2021 Luis Vidal Flores Cabrales, operating as Patriot Metal Buildings & Concrete has not returned my deposit money trust me you do not want to do business with this company LUIS CABRALES will come out to your location promptly to pick up your deposit and to sign a contract in my case he forgot it you will not be able to get them on the phone have them to return text messages or even show up on your property to do the work do not trust this company 8/5/2021 promising to come out and finish and fix started again still no show trust me this company has some problems that are way bigger than what I thought Update 8/8/2021 Luis Cabrales owner of patriot metal building and concrete LLC after viewing the photos of the damage decided that he need it too see it for himself this being only his second time visiting the location since he picked up my $4600 deposit in which after viewing the damage he agreed to return my deposit but could not do it now because he had forgot his checkbook in Asheboro North Carolina 27 miles away from Greensboro OK . Oh and was only replacing the wood on the privacy thing not removing the falling tree that the bobcat driver took down cut up and left behind roots hanging out the ground dirt shifted and moved into piles all of this took place with 10 different surveillance cameras with audio I will not embarrass him by posting all of them but I must post one of his employee who drove the bobcat throwing the wood pickets to replace the broken boards on the privacy fence on my front porch from Lowe’s home improvement LUS CABRALES you need to return my $4600 deposit and call your insurance company or my attorneys we’ll do it for you this situation did not have two go this far grow up and take responsibility all of this because you could not produce a 30 by 60
