I have been going to VA Tire and Auto for 8 years and the service is always terrific. They always give me a reasonable estimate before doing any service. The oil changes usually include other checkups so they can warn me that something is not right. The turn-around time for repairs seems quite quick -usually a day or less- other places in the past would hold my car for days.

Took Car in for Oil Change and Safety Inspection. Left car for a few hours. Very professional. Shop called as I was doing Safety Inspection One Month early which I appreciated. Car was ready in two hours.

I was having 3 things done to my car and was out of the shop in less than an hour and half.

Pulled right up and was checked in curbside. Relaxed I'm their comfortable waiting area. I was checked out by a curtious staff member

My headlight was fused. The guys explained it to me and fixed in 10mins.

I was really surprised and very pleased with the service. Very quick, friendly, and patient - they took care of me as though I had been a long time customer - and this was my first visit.

Va Tire and Auto can be relied upon for expeditious quality service and will give advise which is best suited to the customer and not weighted to commercial interests.This integrity makes them my choice for reliable service.

Professional staff and nice facility, it's close to our home. They gave us the information we needed to make the decision about what to repair, with what our options were. Repairs were done on time, and the cost was what was expected.

I went to get my oil change,the person who handled my car was so nice,listened to what that issue was and I was out in good time. I am very happy with the service and that is my new place for everything:)

It was pouring outside when I pulled up to curbside check in for my State Inspection. I received excellent prompt service and offered an umbrella so I would not get soaked as I left my car to go inside. I waited comfortably in the waiting area and was checked out in a reasonable amount of time by another courtsey team member.

Everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their face. The waiting area and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable as well.

simply put I was in and out in 30 minutes for routine maint. service was efficient and very friendly informed me services i had been told i needed by another dealer were actually not called for at this time saving 100+ nice to find a business you can trust.

I showed up at a bit past 7 with an out headlight..and it was fixed in just a few minutes. They are very fast, friendly and efficient. I've gone to them a fair bit and have always had good experiences. Plus I love that their hours are so extended. Many other places close at 5 or 6 and they stay open until 8! Making it easier to get things done after work!

I've been taking both of my vehicles to VA Tire and Auto for a few years now. I've always had reliable service that is worth the investment. I keep returning because I feel like I'm being treated fairly with honesty, dignity, and respect. It's great to have a repair explained to you, rather than being talked down to with the attitude of "just accept it," as I've experienced in some other repair shops in the area. In addition, having a shuttle service--in a clean vehicle with a pleasant driver--will keep me coming back for future service and maintenance.

The staff was friendly and courteous as usual. The person who drove the shuttle was courteous and friendly as well. They even picked me up when my car was ready!

Eric provided very courtous service and was very informative when providing info about the alignment issue I was having.
