Bought my storage unit back in June was able to get it at a nice discount the first few months. It’s a one level storage unit, so you don’t have to worry about moving heavy objects up a flight of stairs. Was able to hold and store all my items in the mean time at a reasonable price, totally recommend. Was a quick and seamless process from renting to getting my stuff in the unit.

great place to store your excess goods. Climate controlled, very clean and helpful, friendly staff. Also, great discounts for all new customers.

Folks that manage Security Public Storage, Sue and Craig are delightful to work with and know. They have an extremely rich network of local resources and services in the Northern Virginia area that come in very handy. Through them I was able to connect with an amazing real estate agent who I bought a property through, a great moving company that moved my stuff without issues and a great and reasonably priced home cleaning service. It's very helpful to use services that come recommended from people who handle them at a professional level. I am very thankful to Sue and Craig for the recommendations and referrals.

I have been at Security for the past eight years and they have been fantastic...have felt like I have family members watching over my things. Sue and Greg have always been welcoming and accommodating...as my needs have changed, they have found me the perfect units which are always clean and really well maintained. I highly recommend this facility for both the price and the wonderful welcoming service.

Best place EVER! I have rented many units form other places and this is the best by far. Very clean and secure, not to mention price. They also have a moving truck you can use.

Excellent Place to store your belongings. Second time we have been using their services. Conveniently located near two major roads, these storage rooms are temperature controlled....and the owners are extremely helpful to accommodate or recommend even local movers. A+++

We have had storage units at SPS Ashburn for a year now. The facility is immaculate, secure, and the office staff are helpful, professional, and thorough. They are conveniently located and we have had very, very good experience with them. No issues at all- 5 stars well deserved.

I needed a storage place quickly when I had to move my daughter. It was extremely helpful that they provided a free 24 foot truck to allow me to move my daughter and advised me how to pack the most into my rented space. I was pleasantly surprised by the congenial service. I have been with them 5 months now. Facility is secure and extremely clean. I highly recommend them.

Usually dealing with storage can be a pain because most of the time it involves moving - and let's face it, nobody enjoys the hassle of moving! But I have nothing but love for Sue and Craig at this Security Public Storage location in Ashburn. They have made my life much easier with their assistance all the way, all the time:

1. Up/Down-sizing - Craig's a master at recommending a unit to switch to. I swear, he just took a long assessing look at what I had and what I needed to get stored and came up with the right suit to suit my evolving needs

2. Deal terms - Sue was amazingly helpful in recommending the best deal for my needs

3. Handling Excess storage items - Sue and Craig again were instrumental in helping my get rid of those items I no longer needed stored

4. Courtesy: They are both very nice and super-friendly

5. Knowledge: They are both very knowledgeable about their business

6. Facility: Very clean; relatively easy to get to off the highway; all storage units are on the ground floor; storage units are in tip-top shape all the time; plenty of dollys and carts available to schlep your stuff around; plenty of moving products/accessories available; and you can ship UPS out of this store

We've been customers of the Ashburn Security Public Storage for over two and a half years now and we could not be more pleased! We came in just as Sue and Craig took over and the difference before, Sue and Craig have worked so hard to make it GREAT! They have wonderful service (even treat my kids with respect and a little fun!) and will help out at a moments notice. Even though the facility looked and *felt* good/secure before, Sue and Craig have definitely put great care and organization to the facility. If you need storage, I highly recommend this facility.

I have been a customer for several years at the Ashburn facility. The management folks are very good with monthly emails/bills and periodic updates. The storage facility is clean an easily accessible. I would highly recommend using SPS.

The Security Public Storage in Herndon is a very clean and well-managed facility. I had to secure a last minute unit and George was beyond helpful and accommodating. The whole facility is maintained well, which is key to ensure your valuables remain in good condition. Overall, the experience has been positive.

Security Public Storage - Ashburn is awesome! The facility and grounds are always neat and clean, and Sue and Craig are absolutely the best. I just visited them to downsize to a smaller unit and they could not have been more helpful or friendly. Craig reviewed my current unit and contents, and helped me determine what reduced size would best suit my needs. Sue then referred me to a group who could help with the move; that contact has already been made and I am just waiting for a call back with the date/time it will be scheduled. Wow - easy peasy! There are multiple sized storage units - inside and out - from which to choose at competitive rates AND they have referral and review programs that help to reduce your costs should you wish to participate! Who doesn't want to save $$? A win-win in my book. I highly recommend this Ashburn storage facility as well as Sue and Craig who truly make you feel like part of a family. Please visit them for your storage needs; you will not be sorry.
