DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it like I now do. I only gave them a 1-star for the price on the carpet.



Reasonable prices but, absolutely no craftsmanship. I recently interviewed and hired this company to install carpet and paint. I originally only intended to hire them for carpet but, I was promised a good price on the carpet if I also hired them to paint. My budget was limited and I wanted a quality carpet so, I took the deal and hired them for both. However, I still had expectations for reasonably good work on the paint job.



I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the paint work. I had specs of white ceiling paint all over my hardwood floors. They never used an inch of painters tape and they slopped paint on trim that they were not supposed to paint. The lines between the ceilings and the walls were not even close to being straight. They have ceiling paint on the walls and wall paint on the ceiling. Cracks and patches were done so poorly that I will have to redo most of them myself. They sanded very little and painted over most patches before the drywall compound was even dry. This caused the sheen in the paint to be altered in those areas and I can see the edges of almost all of the patches.



When I complained about the quality of work, the only response I received was "you know how much I did this job for?" They acted like I forced them to make a low bid and by accepting it I should have expected sloppy work.



To make matters worse, when they came to do "touch up", they did not bring any plastic or drop clothes and the only thing they succeeded at doing was making the situation worse. Now I have this huge blob in the middle of my ceiling and the only thing they were supposed to do was remove a small ridge in the paint.



They also tried to leave the job unfinished. I have a half-bath that was clearly specified on the contract but, they refused to paint it until I argued with them. The fools wanted to argue about something that was clearly stated in the contract without even going back and re-reading it. Then they were in such a hurry to paint the bathroom, I can't even describe how sloppy it is.



They didn't even save any of the empty paint cans so that I could save any left over paint for touchups. They left me with an open bucket of paint and nothing to store it in. What idiots.
