I had American Green install a lawn irrigation system last summer. A few months after the system was installed, I came home and found one of the sprinkler zones STILL running. It had been running all day. I called American Green and they came out to "fix" it. They said that all that needed done was to reset the system by unplugging the power from it. This worked. We winterized the system and just recently turned it back on. However, when we turned it back on this same zone that had issues last fall did the same thing. It stayed on and wouldn't shut off. We even unplugged it like last time, but it didn't stop running. I called American Green to come out and find out what was going on. I called them 2 weeks ago. To date, I STILL haven't received a phone call back from them. They will definitely take your money to install the system, but if you have any issues, they will NOT be of any help. I would go with a different company if you are thinking about installing an irrigation system.

Do not use this company for your irrigation systems. I had an appointment today (which they kindly sent me a reminder yesterday) and the representative was 1 hour late. Not only did he have an attitude, he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. I will not use them again and I don't recommend you do either. I should have known better after they forgot to send me an invoice last year but proceeded to send me a late notice. Lesson Learned
