We had a leaking external pipe, called at 8pm the night before to book a technician and they got us in promptly the next day. Caleb was prompt, professional, and informative. It was a quick and easy experience. Would definitely recommend!

Robert arrived within the appointment window I was provided and was very courteous and helpful. He snaked our bathroom line and fixed the leak that was coming out from the wall underneath the sink. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Robert and would recommend Roto-Rooter for one's plumbing needs.

Had an overall great experience with Roto-Rooter. They gave us a 4 hour window to come out and gave us a call 1 hour before arrival. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the problem quickly and fixed it in an efficient manner. Service performed comes with a 6 month warranty. Would recommend to others.

My pilot light wouldn’t stay lit and I really didn’t want to have to give my little one a cold bath so I called pretty late at night and I had someone at my door the first thing the next morning. Daniel was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently especially considering he had to drive all the way across town to pick up a part he required. I’m so grateful and relieved to have everything fixed less than 24 hours after I called.

Had a leaky pipe and had to shut our water off. Made an appt. on Monday, Bill came on Tuesday. Fixed our leaky pipe and made sure the other pipes were in good shape.

Our main sewer line clogged on Christmas day. We called for a repair for 1:00 PM and asked for a 'repair window' between 4:00 and 6:00. The tech arrived shortly after 6:00 PM and was able to complete a difficult repair by 9:00 PM. Roto-Rooter will be our 'go to' company for sewer line service from now on.

They were great! Very professional, on time and did a good job of cleaning up all the water from a broken washer. I also liked how they kept you informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend them. Vinny was awesome.

The service was on the expensive side but it was needed and worked. However, I was promised a copy of the video of my drain within a week to ten days and I still haven't received it. The estimate to make additional repairs was also on the high side and I doubt I will have Roto Rooter do the work since other providers are less expensive.

Joe Shirey #1695 did a great job. I called on a Sunday night and they came within an hour of calling! Expensive but worth the great service and knowing it was done right. Joe was very thorough in his explanation and I feel comfortable knowing what was causing the problem.

Allen was a great tech. Everything went very well. Service was great. Only problem is I read the online add and it says $95 drain cleaning. Nope! I was charged $320 for less than one hour of work. Very misleading.

The technician that came out was very professional and did a good job. My only complaint would be I could not get an estimate before hand and was a little upset about the price to clear a main line drain. Other wise the service was good.

Great technician - took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Hopefully I don't need him back but would use the service again.

Colin was great, he got my stove up and running in record time. He explained evething he was doing although I knew exactly what had to be done. He didnt try and add to the job. He was great.
The cost was a little over the top for the job, but not his fault.
