Greg answered my call and was friendly and forthright. The price he quoted was the price I paid. Greg and John arrived on time, handled some challenging stains left by equipment from a remediation firm months ago. They also did great work with a shag area rug. They were positive and trustworthy. I got professional service at a very reasonable cost. Strongly recommend.

Greg and John showed up time. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and fair. They quoted me a price over the phone and that's the price I was charged. Unlike all the other chain places they do NOT charge extra for stain removal spray, deodorizer, pet stains etc.... they did NOT try to sell me a single extra service like the well known chains do, it was such a relief not to have that pressure!

They finished at 9pm and as promised when I checked at 5am the carpet was totally dry! They clean the carpets they don't water them.

There were many stains throughout the house and the carpet was cream colored. They did a fantastic job, getting every stain out and the carpets had been cleaned in more years than I care to admit. The carpet looks like new! They use all "green" products, pet and child safe which with having 2 cats was a relief.

Greg and John came over on short notice and did a fantastic job on a rental property. The stairs needed a lot of help, and that's what they got. The whole house smelled so clean afterward, and these guys were fun to have around. I'm already telling friends and family about their great work.

Great pros to work with! Very good service and very good work. We had one delay after another with our mortgage company. Parker Family Carpet Cleaning in Arvada was very understanding. They had to re-schedule us twice. Our mortgage finally closed, and they did a great job on our rugs.

I purchased a foreclosed home in Arvada Colorado. The carpet was in less than ideal condition but not bad enough to be replaced. The most important part of the whole thing is my father is going to be living with me and he has lung problems and is on oxygen.

The carpet looks and feels new.

The pad underneath has bounce again.

The few stains the carpet had are gone.

He was very flexible about scheduling when I needed him.

The cost was great given the extra effort with the oxygen situation.

As long as I live in the Denver area I am going to use Parker family carpet cleaning in my home.
